GPMOi Partner Terms and Conditions
These Partner Terms and Conditions govern how accredited organisations collaborate with the Global PMO Institute. Please review them carefully before submitting or renewing a partnership application.
1. Introduction
The Global PMO Institute (GPMOi) establishes these Terms to define the relationship with accredited training providers, academic institutions, corporations, and government agencies. Applying for or maintaining partner status signifies agreement with these Terms and any related policies.
2. Partner Categories
- Accredited Training & Exam Partner (ATEP): Authorised to deliver official GPMOi training and conduct certification exams.
- Academic Partner: Universities or business schools that integrate GPMOi certifications into degree or diploma programmes.
- Corporate Partner: Enterprises adopting the GPMO Framework™ within their governance and delivery practices.
- Government Partner: Ministries or public agencies applying the GPMO Framework™ and certification standards.
3. Partner Benefits
Accredited partners receive continued access to the following benefits:
- License to use the “GPMOi Accredited Partner” designation.
- Listing in the official Global Partner Directory on gpmo.org.
- Access to GPMOi intellectual property for authorised training and exams.
- Joint marketing opportunities, including events, case studies, and conferences.
- Invitations to partner-only webinars, updates, and research publications.
Financial benefits and discounts:
- ATEPs receive a 25% discount on bulk exam vouchers (minimum purchase of 20).
- Academic Partners receive a 30% discount on vouchers for enrolled students.
- Corporate Partners receive a 20% discount on certification fees for employees.
- Government Partners receive negotiated rates, typically 30–40% depending on programme scale.
4. Partner Obligations
- Deliver all training and exams in accordance with GPMOi quality standards.
- Maintain the minimum quality rating determined through candidate feedback.
- Ensure instructors or trainers hold current GPMOi certifications where applicable.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of exam content and intellectual property.
- Use the GPMOi name and branding only for authorised activities.
5. Fees and Renewal
- Partners pay the annual partnership fee listed in the current fee schedule.
- Accreditation remains valid for 12 months, subject to renewal and compliance review.
- Partnership fees are non-refundable except in documented cases of administrative error.
6. Audit and Compliance
GPMOi may audit partner operations to verify alignment with training, exam, and branding standards. Failure to meet requirements can result in corrective actions, probation, suspension, or termination of partner status.
7. Suspension and Termination
GPMOi may suspend or terminate a partnership if:
- The partner breaches these Terms or associated policies.
- Training or exam delivery falls below acceptable standards.
- Unauthorised use of GPMOi intellectual property is identified.
- Annual partnership fees remain unpaid 30 days after renewal notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Partnership does not guarantee exclusivity, financial results, or an endorsement of partner services beyond agreed activities. GPMOi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from partnership engagements.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are first addressed through mediation and, if unresolved, proceed to arbitration under a recognised international arbitration body.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Submitting or renewing a partnership application confirms that the applicant has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the organisation.
