Refund Policy
GPMOi Refund and Cancellation Policy
We strive to accommodate schedule changes while protecting the integrity of certification and training programmes. Review the timelines and eligibility criteria for refunds and cancellations.
1. Policy Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly with the Global PMO Institute, including certification exams, membership fees, training registrations, and bundled packages. Partners may maintain their own policies; consult them when registering through an Accredited Training and Exam Partner.
2. Requesting a Refund
- Submit requests in writing to contact@gpmoi.org or through the candidate portal.
- Include your full name, contact information, order number, and reason for the request.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise required by regulation.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Certification exams
- Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled date.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled date.
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days or for no-shows.
- Exam fees are non-transferable once an attempt has begun.
3.2 Training programmes
- Full refund or option to reschedule if cancelled 21 days before the start date.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 10 and 20 days prior.
- No refund within 9 days of the start date; rescheduling is at GPMOi discretion.
3.3 Membership fees
Membership purchases are non-refundable once activated due to immediate access to member benefits and digital resources.
3.4 Digital resources
Digital downloads, micro-learning courses, and on-demand content are non-refundable after delivery unless required by law.
4. Rescheduling
- One exam reschedule is permitted without additional cost if requested at least 15 days in advance.
- Additional reschedules incur a processing fee.
- Training reschedules are subject to availability and may involve pricing adjustments if course fees change.
5. Programme Cancellations by GPMOi
If GPMOi cancels or postpones an exam or programme, affected customers may choose a full refund or reschedule to a future date without penalty.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. Processing times may vary based on payment provider policies.
7. Currency and Fees
Refund amounts reflect the original transaction currency. Exchange rates and bank fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
8. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, natural disasters, military deployment), GPMOi may provide additional flexibility upon receiving appropriate documentation.
9. Updates to this Policy
We may revise the Refund and Cancellation Policy over time. Updates take effect upon publication on the official website.
