GPMOi Certification Exam Policy

To protect exam integrity and ensure fairness for all candidates, these policies establish the standards for taking and administering GPMOi certification exams.

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy governs every GPMOi certification exam, including those delivered by authorised testing partners. All candidates must comply with the rules outlined here in addition to local testing regulations.

2. Exam Eligibility

  • Applicants must meet the prerequisites defined for the specific certification they are pursuing.
  • Documentation of experience, training, or education may be audited at any time.
  • GPMOi may deny or revoke eligibility if false information is provided.

3. Registration and Scheduling

  • Registration is completed through the official GPMOi portal or approved Accredited Training and Exam Partners.
  • Exam fees are due at registration; rescheduling follows the Refund Policy deadlines.
  • Identification requirements are communicated during scheduling and must be satisfied on exam day.

4. Exam Delivery Standards

  • Exams may be administered online with remote proctoring or in-person at approved centres.
  • Testing environments must be secure, quiet, and free of unauthorised materials.
  • Proctors enforce exam rules and may end a session if misconduct is observed.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time with the required identification and permitted materials.
  • Follow all instructions from proctors or the exam system.
  • Maintain exam confidentiality and refrain from discussing or distributing content.
  • Report technical issues immediately; proctors document incidents for review.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Copying, photographing, or otherwise recording exam questions.
  • Using unauthorised aids, including written notes, software, or communication tools.
  • Receiving assistance from others during the exam.
  • Impersonating or allowing impersonation for the purpose of taking an exam.

7. Results and Scoring

  • Results are released through the candidate profile; official certificates follow once requirements are confirmed.
  • GPMOi reserves the right to withhold or invalidate scores if irregularities are detected.
  • Score verification requests must be submitted within 30 days of result release.

8. Misconduct Investigations

Allegations of exam misconduct are reviewed under the Disciplinary Policy. Sanctions may include score cancellation, suspension, or revocation of certification eligibility.

9. Accommodation Requests

  • Requests for reasonable accommodations must be submitted during registration with supporting documentation.
  • GPMOi reviews each case confidentially and communicates approved accommodations in advance of the exam date.

10. Policy Updates

GPMOi reviews exam policies regularly to reflect evolving standards, technology, and global compliance requirements. Updates take effect upon publication on the official website.
